Natasha Arciniega

Natasha has over twelve years experience in creative content production within the music industry. Now leading the team as Creative Director, you will also find her out on shoots, directing and filming content. In her early career, she produced music videos for the likes of Funeral for a Friend and Fightstar, both reaching the number one position on the MTV video charts. Not only has she gained over 200 million YouTube views and won awards (Cannes Corporates Silver Award - Short Film category), her skills also transcend the corporate landscape, having worked with clients such as BMW, MINI, Vodafone and McKinsey  - producing content for large-scale events and directing on-site filming to produce event highlight films. She is used to directing large crews and also across DIY projects. Having worked with Hannah Trigwell in the early stages of her career directing and filming consistent content for YouTube.

Natasha continues to be heavily involved within the music industry as a member of the music managers forum and managing formidable female fronted alt - rock band, The Elephant Trees. Her career as an artist manager is embedded in grassroots music and artist development in the early stages - building loyal fanbases and helping craft a sustainable music career are at the heart of her management style.  Natasha first worked with Hannah Trigwell and took her from busker to YouTube sensation. This partnership saw them collaborating with Boyce Avenue, where she learnt how to manage an artist across growing social media platforms. Her artists have toured UK & Europe and her greatest highlight was seeing Martha Phillips of The Elephant Trees support Boyce Avenue at The London Royal Albert Hall in November 2017.
